Several years ago, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) of UP Manila has an Online Student Evaluation of Teachers (OSET) which automates the faculty evaluation. However, it was discontinued due to several bugs discovered in the system. Now, one of my SP advisee, Mark Donnel Patio, will be working with the OSET again. This time, we will cover both the lecture and laboratory evaluation, the schedules will be taken from the CRS, and student and faculty authentication will be done via LDAP access to the student webmail and faculty/staff webmail, respectively. Hopefully, the new OSET will be operational by June, 2008.
